Mbow is a versatile, athletic offensive lineman with experience at both right guard and right tackle, but he projects best at center or guard in a zone-heavy NFL scheme. His explosiveness, fluid movement, and ability to climb to the second level make him an ideal fit for outside-zone and Shanahan-style systems. However, his lack of mass, inconsistent anchor, and tendency to lose hand placement battles against power rushers limit his effectiveness against bigger defenders.
