How Football Scout 365 Evaluates NFL Draft Prospects

Football Scout 365 uses a film-first evaluation process supported by production data, advanced metrics and verified athletic testing.

Film study establishes the foundation of each grade. Evaluations focus on functional athleticism, processing, technical execution, play strength, consistency, versatility and scheme fit. Production, usage and efficiency metrics are then used to add context and identify where the data supports or challenges what appears on tape.

Combine testing, pro-day results and Relative Athletic Score are incorporated when available, but testing does not replace the film evaluation. The objective is to build an independent projection of each prospect’s NFL ceiling, likely role and developmental risk.
